S31 An Act Relating to Possession and Transfer of Firearms

Here it is.
Go to legislature.vermont.gov and type in “Universal Background Check bill S.31”. Please read the bill in it’s entirety. Then call the Sargent-at-Arms of the Vermont State House at 802-828-2228 and ask to leave a message for Senators Mullin and Rodgers telling them “NO to S.31”!!
Line 2 of the bill calls for a background check on any firearm before it is sold in private sales. On the ATF form 4473 on the 2nd page is a section the FFL dealer has to fill out. It contains the make, model, serial number and caliber of the firearm you are purchasing. We have explained this to all the legislators in our report delivered to Montpelier. If any of them say this bill is not registration it is a blatant lie!
Remember: Universal Background Checks = Registration = Confiscation! (Remember California, New York and Connecticut!)
Don’t let anyone tell you that it’s not.

Editor’s note:
Michael Bloomberg your money is no good here. You might be able to buy a couple of legislators, bribe some news organizations with big dollar advertising and lie about everything you have published in that advertising but the good and honest people of Vermont can see through you. We will defeat you. You have poked the sleeping bear and that bear has awakened.
