BY LAW, NEVER BEFORE HAVE YOUR FIREARMS BEEN MANDATED TO LEO

BY LAW, NEVER BEFORE HAVE YOUR FIREARMS BEEN HELD FOR RANSOM

BY LAW, NEVER BEFORE HAVE FIREARMS BEEN REMOVED FROM ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS

The Vermont Legislature is considering some anti-gun bills this year. The ones they are serious considering are S.277 and H.735. If these bills are passed, they will allow LEO to remove all firearms and ammunition from your home and/or place of business and charge you a storage fee of $4.00 per week and a retrieval fee of $25.00 per gun. According to our attorney the court process could take a year or longer. The fees could cost you thousands of dollars if you have multiple firearms. If the fees are not paid within 90 days the State will own them and put them up for public auction.

These proposed two laws are a critical problem; and the Vermont Legislature is looking for a solution to a problem that does not exist. According to the FBI Crime Report, in Vermont only 1 person every 3 years has used a firearm in a domestic incident. At the same time if they take all the firearms from all members of a household it will leave others defenseless and they
could become possible victims.

Please call your Senators and Representatives @ 800-322-5616 and leave a message with the Sergeant At Arms: NO TO S.277 & H.735. NO TO ANY GUN CONTROL IN VERMONT. Also call Senators Dick Sears and Joe Benning, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee and tell them the same.

Make the calls to protect you and your loved ones.

IT’S THAT IMPORTANT !!
